Refund policy

At Beanie Guys & SUBURB Clothing we're well known for our HIGH quality of workmanship and we only use or manufacture the best products made and use only the best suppliers in the industry so we very rarely have any issues. If we did incurr an issue we would always look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible as we always do our absolute best to look after our clients.

If a product is defective or made incorrectly we will repair or replace as quickly as possible. In the instance where we authorize a return we will provide a return shipping label via email. All items must be in brand new condition, never worn and with original tags remaining on them so we can restock, reuse or use as samples and prevent wastage. This must occur no longer than 14 days from receipt of the products.

Due to the nature of custom made products means that there is no refund or returns due to the product being custom made for you, your organization or your business and can't be restocked or resold to anyone else. Please check your DYO design carefully before submitting your order. If we're supplying a mock up we ask that you check every aspect of the design to ensure it's exactly as you want it. We will make your order to match the approved artwiork and accept no liabilty for clients errors or mistakes so please check it carefully before confirming your order including DYO orders on our website.

Production times are always estimates due to custom manufacturing being all manual labour and many variables play a part in producing orders. We will always do our best to finalize orders within the quoted time frame however if you have a set date that you really must have your items by please email us in advance to confirm that this can be acheived.
