Shipping policy

Please Note:

All orders will be shipped once Production is completed and a Tracking notification is sent to the email provided when orders are placed. 

Embrodery jobs usually arrive 1-2 days after dispatch. Print jobs typically arrive 5 working days after dispatch.

International orders typically take 5-7 working days Air and 25-35 Sea Freight.

Once orders are dispatched the length of time is then controlled by the freight company. We use trusted and reputable couriers at all times for reliability. 

We do not except responsibility for lost or stolen orders once dispatched.

Excess Shipping charges above and beyond the flat shipping rates may apply on larger orders and for more remote locations based on the cubic size and actual weight of your order. We will only ever charge the actual cost of shipping and don't profit from shipping in such a circumstance.
